the rack?
When buying clothing off the rack in a retail store, you will find they
only carry a range of certain standard sizes and styles. However we all have our own individual 'shape' and only a bespoke
tailor can give you that perfect fit in the exact style you require. This coupled with the personal service and quality guarantee we offer
means there really is no comparison, not to mention the highly competitive prices !

2. How long does it take to get suits made at your store?
Generally it takes at least 48 hours to get a suit made at the store as we give our clients at least
two fittings for their clothes besides leaving us enough time for minor alterations. If we need to
just copy a sample suit, we can make the new one within 24 hours time. That means if you are
pleased with our made to measure suits and want to order a new one then we copy it within
24 hours.

3. Is there a range of fabrics that I can select from at the store?
At our store in Samui choose from over 2,000 of the highest quality domestic and imported fabrics
from the finest mills around the world including. Our extensive selection of fabrics, includes a wide assortment of elegant and luxurious
four season fabrics. Our current selection of materials
includes Merino wools, Cashmeres, Silks, Super - 100's, 120's, 180's,
Flannels, Pure Chinese silk,
Pure Thai silk etc

4. How can we find the store and get transferred to your store in Samui?
We have four stores in Samui ar prime locations in Chaweng. We request you to visit our
location and map page on this site to get more details. However we do provide FREE PICK UP
service from your hotels and resorts anywhere in Samui. All you need to do is contact us by
email or phone giving us details of your pick up spot including the best time that suits you.

5. How does the procedure work starting from ordering of fabric
to finished custom made product at the store?
When you turn up at the store, our shop representative will attend to you and provide with
information about fabrics, prices, fitting procedures and delivery time depending on your needs.
Once you have selected a fabric and agreed on the deal providing us with information on style
and other details of your order. We measure you up and fix up for appointment for fittings and collect a small deposit towards your order.
We will make your made to measure clothes and
arrange for any alterations if required in days without compromising on quality. On
completion
you can collect your garments and make the balance payments by cash or major credit cards.
We do provide transfer services and if needed our representative can arrange to visit you at
your hotel or resort for fittings just incase if you want to avoid visiting the shop for fittings.

6. Are my measurements kept at with your store for future orders in case if I cant
visit Samui?
We do keep your measurements after the clothes are ready in our records for 5 years. We also
take photos of you (depending on your permission) for further visual assistance of you plan to
order next time via our online shopping scheme. So if you need to order clothes you can do so
from the web site. Please note that we do not accept dress orders online.

7. Armani Suits - Are they the original Armani brand suits? Authentic!
Please note that we are a registered company in Thailand with the name Armani Suits
International. We have nothing to do with any other brand name from around the world.
We can however produce suits with look alike styles from Hugo Boss, Armani, Versace,
Prada, Valentino etc.

8. How do I order via online?
Step 1 - Refer prices on our offers and packages page to check your requirements.
Step 2 - Refer fabrics with regards to colors and pattern

Step 5 - After receiving confirmation from our side you will be forwarded a letter of authority
that you need to fill up and fax back to us for credit card
payments or transfer money
by bank transfers, Western Union Transfers.

9. How do I send my measurements?
Please go to our measurements page and refer to the sizes we require. Measure yourself up
as per the form (best is ask someone with some tailoring experience) and send it to us via
the measurement form.

10. Is shipping included in the price?
YES the prices we offer includes shipping worldwide, custom clearance charges, no hidden cost.

11. Can I get swatches shipped to me for visual reference of the fabric?
We do send swatches for your reference, however we will charge a small shipping cost of
US $ 20. If you do order some clothes from us later we will deduct the swatches charges
from the total cost you owe us - that means on order swatches are for FREE.

12. Within how many days will I receive my clothes?
Once we have received all the details along with payments we will process your order and you
shall get your clothes via clourier service in two weeks time approximately.
